Ihre Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir dich als IT Systems Engineer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in Meschede. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere IT-Systeme und -Infrastruktur stabil, sicher und leistungsfähig laufen.

Auch als Quereinsteiger:in mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen bist du bei uns willkommen: Über unsere digitale Schulungsplattform arbeiten wir dich strukturiert ein, sodass du schnell und sicher in deine neuen Aufgaben hineinwächst.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Betrieb, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systeme und -Infrastruktur
  • Automatisierung von Prozessen sowie Aufbau und Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines
  • Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit der Systeme
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungs- und IT-Teams
  • Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Lösungen

Ihr Profil

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - Quereinsteiger:innen mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb von IT-Systemen, Servern oder Cloud-Infrastruktur
  • Kenntnisse in Automatisierung, Skripting sowie idealerweise CI/CD-Tools
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Freude an kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
