You will act as the key advisor to clients, helping them understand how Joblogic can best serve their business processes and guiding them towards best practice adoption. As a Senior Implementation Consultant , you will participate in pre-contract scoping at the Committed stage of the sales cycle, produce workflow documentation and consultancy reports, and support Customer Success post-onboarding on at-risk accounts and growth opportunities. This is a senior, client-facing role that requires both deep product knowledge and strong commercial awareness.\nWhat Your Main Focus Will Be\nSupporting Sales - Pre-Contract Scoping\nJoin pre-sales calls and demonstrations as the product and process expert - help Sales understand what a customer actually needs and whether Joblogic can deliver it\nLead pre-contract scoping sessions for complex or enterprise opportunities - identify workflow requirements, feature gaps, integration needs, and bespoke development requirements before signature\nProduce clear scoping documentation that informs the commercial proposal and sets realistic expectations for both the customer and the delivery team\nProvide structured feedback to Sales on complexity trends and common pre-sales risks\nSupporting Enterprise Projects - New Implementations\nWork alongside Project Managers on complex enterprise implementations - lead the discovery and design phases, produce workflow documentation, and define configuration requirements\nAct as the subject matter expert on Joblogic best practice - guide customers towards the right solution, not just the one they asked for\nProduce consultancy reports and handover documentation for the Implementation team - agreed workflows, signed-off scope, and any outstanding items\nDeliver on-site consultancy and training days where contracted\nSupporting Customer Success - Existing Customers\nConduct health checks and operational reviews for existing Joblogic customers - assess how well they are using the platform, identify gaps, and produce a clear recommendations report\nSupport customers who want to expand their use of Joblogic - new modules, new teams, new workflows, or deeper use of existing features\nEngage with at-risk customers alongside the CSM - identify root causes of low adoption or dissatisfaction and propose practical solutions\nIdentify and develop commercial opportunities: additional licences, marketplace apps, professional services packages, and automation projects\nAcross all engagements\nMaintain up-to-date, deep knowledge of the Joblogic platform - configuration, integrations, reporting, forms, automations, and marketplace apps\nCollaborate with Technical Consultants where technical specifications, integrations, or API work is needed\nContribute to the development of consultancy methodology, templates, and best practice documentation\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSales feel supported - additional modules, services, or licences generated from consultancy engagements\nAt least 80% of feedback responses from consultancy engagements score 8 or above\nWhat You Bring\nProven experience as a Senior Implementation Consultant, Onboarding Consultant, or Functional Consultant in a SaaS environment - with a track record of delivering across different types of customer engagement, not just standard onboarding\nDeep Joblogic product knowledge across core modules, configuration, forms, workflow design, reporting, and integrations - or demonstrably deep knowledge of a comparable FSM platform\nComfortable across the full customer lifecycle - from pre-sales scoping through to post-go-live reviews and expansion conversations\nStrong written consultancy skills - able to produce workflow documentation, scoping reports, and health check recommendations to a professional standard\nCommercially aware - able to identify growth opportunities and have confident, value-led conversations with customers and Sales\nExcellent client-facing communication -
