In this role, you will support the compliance function and help ensure the highest regulatory and ethical standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with around three years of experience who enjoys analytical work, staying up to date with regulatory developments, and collaborating with colleagues across the business.\nThis is a hybrid role, offering a salary of up to €30K.\nKindly note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.\nRole & Responsibilities\nAssist in applying compliance policies and procedures across the business and track how well they are followed\n\nCarry out regular checks to make sure regulatory requirements are being followed\n\nKeep track of changes to laws and regulations and assist in updating company policies when needed\n\nKeep accurate, up-to-date records of compliance work and regulatory filings\n\nAct as a point of contact for regulators and respond to their information requests, with guidance from senior staff\n\nAssist in preparing compliance reports and paperwork for internal and external audits\n\nAssist in investigating compliance issues and resolving any breaches identified\n\nAssist in running compliance training and awareness sessions for employees\n\nEducation, Skills & Experience\nAround 3 years of experience in a compliance role in Malta\n\nBachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field\n\nKeen interest in regulatory compliance and risk management\n\nAnalytical, with strong attention to detail\n\nExcellent written and spoken English communication skills\n\nAble to handle confidential information responsibly and with care\n\nProficiency in MS Office applications\n\nSound judgement and the drive to take action when applying standard work practices and solving everyday problems\n\nAbout the Role\nSalary up to €30K\n\nHybrid working in Malta\n\nA global professional services environment with excellent career growth prospects\n\nTraining, development and one-to-one support\n\nKindly apply with your detailed CV in English.\n*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
