You will gradually take over client responsibilities from a senior team member and help ensure deadlines are met and work progresses smoothly. The right person will take on increasing responsibility and become a key part of how the firm manages larger client relationships and internal operations.\nPlease note that only candidates already living in Malta will be considered.\nThis is an office based role and offers a salary of up to €30K.\nRole & Responsibilities\nManage client reporting and related deliverables\n\nPrepare, review, and coordinate financial and management reports\n\nMonitor incoming emails and requests, prioritising and resolving them in a timely manner\n\nCollaborate with a senior team member and gradually take over tasks and responsibilities\n\nLiaise with clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and work progresses smoothly\n\nGather and coordinate the information and documentation required for client assignments\n\nAssist with accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and other finance-related work\n\nMaintain accurate, well-structured, and up-to-date records, trackers, and process documentation\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work\n\nEducation, Skills & Experience\nFormal education in accounting, finance, business, or a related field\n\nPrevious experience in Malta in accounting, finance, audit, client services, or a similar professional environment is preferred\n\nAnalytical and confident working with financial information\n\nExcellent communication skills in English both written and spoken\n\nAble to speak comfortably with clients and senior team members\n\nHighly organised with a keen eye for detail\n\nProactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility rather than wait for instructions\n\nMultitasker with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment\n\nExcellent MS Office skills especially Excel\n\nAbout the Role\nSalary up to €30K\n\nOffice-based in Marsaxlokk\n\nExcellent career growth prospects\n\nKindly apply with your detailed CV in English.\n*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
