priority, release cadence and delivery, built AI-native by default.\n\n- Own architecture for an AI-first platform - ML-driven underwriting, fraud and risk decisioning across the loan origination system and its bank and NBFC integrations.\n\n- Lead DevOps, QA and internal technology systems using AI-assisted testing, monitoring and automation.\n\n- Own security posture, technology compliance and AI/ML model governance, audit-ready by design.\n\n- Build and lead an AI-native engineering organisation -
