Own email, Shopify & Amazon execution for a growing skincare brand.
$3,500-$3,750 USD/month | Full-time | 2-3 hrs PST overlap
I'm Leslie, and I founded Almond Clear to bring effective acne and folliculitis treatment to people who've tried everything else. Our products use mandelic acid to treat breakouts on the face, back, chest, thighs and butt, and they also work beautifully for fine lines, ingrown hairs, sun damage, hyperpigmentation and fading dark spots. What makes us different is that our formulations are safe for all skin tones and gentle enough for sensitive skin, which matters to people who've been told they have limited options.
We're a small, fast-growing team based mostly in Portland and Arizona, and we've seen serious momentum over the last two years across Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop. Right now we're about five core people plus a handful of agencies and contractors, so everyone wears multiple hats and you'll get real ownership over your work. If you love the energy of a startup where things move quickly, processes evolve as you go, and your ideas actually get implemented, you'll feel at home here.
We're looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of our day-to-day marketing execution so our Marketing Manager can finally step back and focus on strategy. You'll be the go-to person for email marketing, Shopify updates, content creation and Amazon support, working closely with Tamara but running with things independently once you understand the brief. This isn't a role where you wait to be told what to do next - you'll need to be proactive, resourceful and comfortable solving problems on your own.

Strong written and spoken English
Experience working in a small, fast-moving e-commerce company
Brownie points for:
⭐ Direct Omnisend experience
⭐ Experience managing or supporting the Amazon backend
⭐ Familiarity with organic social media marketing
⭐ Experience creating content and updating e-commerce websites
⭐ TikTok Shop knowledge or an interest in developing expertise in this area
⭐ Experience using Gmail, Slack and Asana
⭐ Previous experience working with a growing consumer-product brand

The ideal candidate is proactive and resourceful, someone who researches and attempts solutions before reaching out for help. You're comfortable stepping outside your formal job description and working in an environment where not every process is perfectly documented yet. A startup-style setting energizes you rather than stresses you out. Change doesn't throw you - you lean in, get your hands dirty and actively improve or systemize processes as you go. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you communicate clearly with a genuine growth mindset.
