Asset Operations/Operations Manager

Job Purpose: To ensure smooth operation with respect to documentation adequacy, messenger services and transportation
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring adequacy and accuracy of all the documentation of logistics
- Arranging and ensuring timely availability of the messenger for clearing customs, inspection, handling cargo for export, DO, cheque and document collection
- Arranging the transportation as required
- Taking customer feedback and ensuring continuous improvement of services to meet the customer demand
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven 3+ years’ experience in an operations management role, preferably within the
renewable energy or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
