This role focuses on building reliable dashboards, executing data analyses, maintaining data quality, and supporting business stakeholders with insights.\nThe analyst will work closely with data engineers, senior analysts, and business teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable analytics.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Collection & Preparation\n\nExtract data from internal systems and SQL-based databases.\n\nClean, transform, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.\n\nMaintain documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata.\n\nEnsure data quality through profiling, auditing, and standardization.\n\nAnalysis & Reporting\n\nConduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns.\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.\n\nSupport KPI development and automate recurring business reports.\n\nPerform ad hoc data analyses based on stakeholder requirements.\n\nSQL & Data Modeling\n\nWrite SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.\n\nWork with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).\n\nSupport data modeling efforts for reporting and self-service analytics.\n\nCollaborate with Data Engineering on dataset improvements and optimization.\n\nBusiness Stakeholder Collaboration\n\nWork with different departments to understand business questions and data needs.\n\nAssist in translating business requirements into analytical outputs.\n\nPresent findings clearly to non-technical and technical audiences.\n\nProvide analytical support for ongoing projects and initiatives.\n\nMonitoring & Data Quality Assurance\n\nMonitor dashboards and ensure data freshness and accuracy.\n\nIdentify data quality issues and coordinate resolutions.\n\nValidate data pipelines and reporting processes.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of analytical workflows.\n\nGovernance & Compliance\n\nFollow internal governance standards for reporting and data usage.\n\nEnsure proper handling of sensitive and confidential data.\n\nSupport compliance with data retention and access policies.\n\nApply best practices for version control and documentation.\n\n Required Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.\n\nProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).\n\nBasic to intermediate SQL skills.\n\nUnderstanding of data analysis, KPIs, and reporting concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with data formats such as JSON, CSV, and Excel.\n\nBasic exposure to Python is an advantage.\n\nStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills.\n\nGood communication and teamwork abilities.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience building dashboards in Power BI.\n\nFamiliarity with ETL/ELT concepts\n\nExposure to data visualization best practices.\n\nBasic understanding of data modeling and warehousing.\n\nExperience with version control (Git) or DevOps environments.\n\nExperience in Agile/Scrum
