Jobs for Humanity is a New York based non-profit recruiting organisation founded in 2020 that connects historically underrepresented candidates with employers committed to inclusive hiring. It works with refugees, people with disabilities, neurodivergent candidates, formerly incarcerated people, returning parents and older workers, running job boards, hiring events and coaching alongside advisory work that helps companies rewrite job descriptions and interview processes. The organisation aggregates and reposts a very large number of partner vacancies, which is why it appears as the poster of record on listings that belong to its client employers.
