Job Purpose

Own the marketing roadmap for London-planning, launching, and optimizing digital and CRM-led campaigns across channels and budgets to deliver qualified-lead and revenue targets while improving CAC, ROAS, and conversion performance.

• Campaign management
• Digital marketing (SEO/SEM, email, paid media)
• Marketing analytics (GA4, dashboards)
• CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot)
• A/B testing and conversion optimization

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in campaign management and multi-channel digital marketing
• Strong proficiency in marketing analytics (GA4, dashboards, attribution)
• Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
• Demonstrated ability in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Ability to improve CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-revenue conversion metrics
• Strategic planning and data-driven decision making
• Experience managing marketing budgets and external vendor performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Project management and prioritization skills
