For more information, visit www.sucafina.com.\n Sourcing & Purchasing: Source, evaluate and develop local and international packaging suppliers; obtain quotations, conduct cost comparisons and negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead times and other commercial conditions.\nMaterial Availability: Manage purchase orders and work closely with Planning, Production and Warehouse to ensure packaging materials are available according to production requirements while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.\nSupplier Management: Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, delivery and service; resolve delivery or quality issues and develop alternative/backup suppliers for critical materials.\nPackaging & Quality Coordination: Work with QA/QC, R&D and Production to ensure packaging materials meet approved specifications, food-safety requirements and production needs. Coordinate samples, technical documents and production trials for new materials or suppliers.\nNew Packaging Development: Support new products and packaging formats by sourcing samples, quotations, prototypes, tooling and alternative packaging solutions.\nCost & Procurement Control: Monitor packaging costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, maintain accurate supplier/purchasing data and ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures.\n Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Packaging Technology or related field.;\nMinimum 3 years of procurement experience at a manufacturing company, preferably in food, FMCG;\nPackaging procurement experience is strongly preferred;\nGood negotiation, cost analysis, supplier management and coordination skills;\n Good English communication and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Power Point;\nExperience with imports and Incoterms;\nChinese speaking is a big plus\n Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nProactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and cost awareness.\nCollaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.\nThis is a Sucafina role based in Vietnam.
