Job Purpose
The main purpose of the Static QC Inspector role is to inspect and monitor the quality of static equipment and structures during construction and maintenance phases. They play a crucial role in identifying defects or non-conformities, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, and communicating effectively with the rest of the team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of static equipment and structures to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify defects or non-conformities in the construction or maintenance processes
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications in all project stages
- Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Communicate effectively with the engineering and construction teams
- Maintain attention to detail when carrying out all job functions
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Quality Control processes
- Proven experience in Inspection and Defect Identification
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Engineering Specifications
- Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings
