In this role, you'll take ownership of structural design projects from conception through completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, safe, and compliant solutions. You'll combine analytical expertise with practical problem-solving to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety.\nDevelop structural concepts and designs in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements\nPerform comprehensive technical and feasibility studies for proposed projects, analyzing structural viability and sustainability considerations\nConduct detailed structural calculations, load analysis, and modeling using industry-standard software and tools\nPrepare and review detailed structural designs using REVIT STRUCTURE, AutoCAD, and structural calculation software\nCreate comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs), job specifications, and material schedules with precision and clarity\nReview and validate shop drawings and technical documentation to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards\nCoordinate structural designs with architectural, MEP, and other discipline teams, resolving conflicts through innovative alternative solutions\nLiaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and procurement teams to support project execution\nProvide structural clarification and technical support during construction and execution phases\nMonitor field changes and modifications, integrating structural adjustments while maintaining design integrity\nEnsure all structural works
