Job Purpose
The purpose of the Telesales role is to support our company's sales goals by identifying potential customers, discerning their needs, and offering them the most appropriate solutions. Using predominantly telephone communication, you will convey the value of our products or services, aiming to attain or surpass the established sales targets. Your ultimate goal will be to increase our customer base and revenue growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers
- Effectively communicate and persuade customers about the value of our product/service
- Actively listen to the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain resilience and composure in handling rejection
- Build rapport quickly and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Keep track and manage all sales data using our CRM software
- Assist with meeting or exceeding the overall sales targets of the company
