Turnaround matters more here than perfection - a good ad shipped today beats a great ad shipped next week\nExcellent eye for pacing, rhythm, and timing to music\nFluent written and spoken English - you'll be editing English-language ads for a US audience and need to understand the script, the tone, and the emotion\nReliable internet and generator or backup power - this is a daily-output role\nAvailable to overlap with US Eastern Time hours for feedback and calls\nComfortable working independently with a task list, not waiting to be managed\nBonus points:\nYou've edited direct-response or performance ads before and understand hooks, CTAs, and testing\nYou know your way around AI tools - ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, etc...\nFamiliarity with Meta's advertising policies and what does and doesn't get flagged\nBasic motion graphics and animated text presets you've built yourself\nCompensation:\n$1200 USD/month base, plus 5% of profits.\nThe profit share is the important part. Most editing jobs pay you the same whether your work performs or not. Here, when an ad you cut starts winning and we scale spend behind it, you get paid more. Your upside is directly tied to the quality of your creative - and we'll show you the numbers so you can see exactly what's working.\nYou'll get full performance data on your edits: which hooks held attention, which ads drove calls, which ones we killed.
