reliable solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain data Lakehouse solutions using Google BigQuery and Vertex AI, ensuring performance, cost-effectiveness, and advanced analytics.\nLead the design and development of robust data pipelines (streaming, batch, API endpoints) for efficient data collection, transformation, and analysis.\nEnsure data solutions comply with industry regulations, supporting detailed reporting and self-service analytics.\nImplement best practices for data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the data infrastructure.\nEstablish monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to guarantee data pipeline reliability and performance.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.\nConduct code reviews and drive continuous improvement in development processes.\nFacilitate secure data sharing through data marketplaces, maintaining data catalogs and lineage.\nDocument data solutions to ensure operational knowledge is accessible across the organization.\nMentor and guide a team of data engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.\nPerform additional duties as assigned by the line manager related to the nature of the work.\nEnforce compliance with necessary controls and information security policies, procedures, and practices within departmental activities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nGoogle Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification.\nBachelors degree from a recognized university.\nYears & Nature of Experience:\n10+ years of experience in designing and implementing data pipelines using Google Cloud or other public cloud platforms.\nDeep expertise in Google Cloud technologies such as BigQuery, Data Fusion, DataForm, DataFlow, Cloud Composer, DataPlex, Dataproc, and Analytics Hub.\nStrong understanding of data governance principles, including security, compliance, and privacy by design.\nTechnical:\nRequirements analysis\nData pipeline
