maintain loyalty from existing ones.\nMonitor financial performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to meet business targets.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).\n5 to 8 years of experience managing cafés, restaurants, or similar establishments.\nProven track record in managing teams, customer service, and
