company policies.\nTrack and monitor shipment status, providing regular updates to customers and stakeholders on the progress of their orders and anticipated delivery dates.\nHandle export customs clearance procedures, including filing export declarations, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and ensuring adherence to customs regulations.\nInvestigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to export shipments, such as delays, damages, or incorrect documentation.\nMaintain accurate records of export transactions, documentation, and correspondence in compliance with record-keeping requirements.\nStay informed about industry trends, changes in export regulations, and developments in international trade practices to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for process improvement.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.\n5-10 years of experience in export operations within the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.\nStrong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, INCO terms, and international shipping regulations.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with export management software.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently under
