recurring network problems to enhance reliability.\nImplement preventive measures to minimize future incidents and conduct root cause analysis to prevent similar issues.\nChange Management:\nImplement change management procedures to minimize risks associated with network changes.\nCoordinate change activities with other IT teams to ensure smooth transitions.\nCapacity Planning:\nForecast future network requirements to support business growth.\nPlan for network expansions and upgrades, optimizing resource utilization for maximum efficiency.\nSecurity Operations:\nMonitor the network security posture to detect and respond to security threats.\nImplement and adhere to security best practices, ensuring the network remains secure and compliant.\nRequirements:\nProven experience in network monitoring, management, and optimization.\nStrong knowledge of network components such as switches, routers, IP telephony, and video conferencing systems.\nExperience in incident and problem management with a focus on rapid response and resolution.\nFamiliarity with change management and capacity planning processes.\nSolid understanding of network security principles and best
