Mobilizing & de-mobilizing sites.\nAssisting Construction Manager in monitoring operational cost, preparing statistics & budget variations etc.\nTracking site material consumption. Demand Planning for each category.\nEnter and monitoring the data in computerized system.\nArranging Materials for inspection & certification purposes. Managing supplier files/records.\nRegular market research and carrying out regular vendor ratings.\nResponsible to prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports and send to all concerned parties.\nOther responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time.\nShould be well versed with materials related to interior turnkey works such as building materials,\nSteel Fabrication .and special items as required.\nHave strong and recent database of suppliers and subcontractors to source materials/works for in Steel Fabrication .\nNegotiating and administration of local purchases, hired skilled workers and subcontract works.\nStock and materials management.\nEnsure all invoices/bills of contractors and suppliers to be pre-approved by the cost control and immediate reporting manager.\nWork closely with design and projects team to arrange materials for sample board presentations.\nAssist the estimations team for product pricing as and when required.\nEnsure all purchases are done subsequent to an order confirmation related to the project, and as instructed.\nEnsure timely and accurate systems are followed to avoid any lag in project execution.\n#ProcurementEngineer
