that is aligned to the organization goals and objectives\nDevelop functional requirements of custom applications implement policies, guidelines and procedures\nRecommend and execute plans related to improving employee engagement in the organization\nRecommend new approaches, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed\nWork with management\nWok on developing strategies, presentations, long term plans\nChallenge and advise managers on how to transcend strategic issues\nProvide counselling and coaching to management and
