The role works closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand the current business landscape, identify capability gaps, define target-state business architecture, and ensure alignment between strategic objectives, business change initiatives, and enterprise architecture.\nRequirements\n· Develop and maintain business architecture models covering capabilities, value streams, business services, organizational units, stakeholders, processes, information concepts, and strategic objectives.\n· Assess the current-state business architecture and define target-state business architecture aligned with organizational strategy and transformation priorities.\n· Develop business capability maps and assess capability maturity, performance, importance, and transformation needs.\n· Define and model enterprise value chains and value streams to show how value is created and delivered to customers, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.\n· Analyze operating models, organizational responsibilities, business services, and cross-functional interactions.\n· Map strategic objectives and initiatives to business capabilities, services, processes, applications, data, and transformation programs where relevant.\n· Identify business architecture gaps, overlaps, dependencies, duplication, pain points, and improvement opportunities.\n· Support the development of business transformation roadmaps and transition states based on prioritized capability improvements.\n· Collaborate with enterprise, data, application, technology, security, and solution architects to ensure end-to-end architectural alignment.\n· Support business process architecture and identify relationships between business capabilities, value streams, processes, and services.\n· Facilitate workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders, business owners, process owners, and subject matter experts.\n· Produce clear architecture views, heatmaps, matrices, catalogs, and executive-level presentations to communicate business architecture insights.\n· Support architecture governance and evaluate proposed initiatives against business architecture principles and target-state direction.\n· Contribute to enterprise architecture standards, principles, reference models, and governance practices.\n· Support portfolio planning and prioritization by providing visibility into business capabilities, dependencies, and transformation impact.\nRequired Experience\n· Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, business analysis, transformation, strategy, operating model design, or management consulting.\n· At least 4-5 years of experience in a business architecture or closely related senior role.\n· Demonstrated experience developing business capability maps, value streams, operating models, and current-state / target-state business architecture.\n· Experience supporting large-scale transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or organizational improvement programs.\n· Experience engaging senior business stakeholders and facilitating architecture or transformation workshops.\n· certification is highly desirable.\n· ArchiMate certification is desirable.\n· Business Architecture, BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or relevant transformation certifications are advantageous.\nPersonal
