skills.\nRequirements\nSolution Deployment & Administration.\nInstall, configure, and maintain JODAYN solutions in customer environments.\nManage Linux-based servers, including Ubuntu and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).\nPerform application upgrades, patches, rollback procedures, and version management activities.\nEnsure system availability, performance, and operational stability.\nSystem Optimization & Security.\nImplement environment hardening and security best practices.\nMonitor and optimize system performance and resource utilization.\nConduct preventive maintenance activities to improve service reliability.\nSupport backup, recovery, and system continuity processes.\nTroubleshooting & Incident Resolution.\nTroubleshoot system, application, and integration-related issues.\nPerform structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.\nAnalyze logs and diagnostic data to identify and resolve incidents efficiently.\nEscalate complex technical issues when necessary and coordinate resolution activities.\nDevelop scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment, diagnostics, monitoring, and operational tasks.\nSupport integration requirements through automation and operational tooling.\nDocumentation & Knowledge Management.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, installation guides, operational procedures, and troubleshooting manuals.\nSupport technical workshops, project meetings, and customer engagements.\nUnderstand customer environments, infrastructure constraints, and operational requirements.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of deployment, support, and operational processes.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience\n3-10 years of experience in system administration, application support, software deployment, or solution engineering.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications in Linux-based environments.\nExperience working with customer-facing projects and support activities.\nPreferred Skills:\nPython, Bash, or other scripting languages.\nExperience with application integrations and APIs.\nKnowledge of databases and SQL especially, PostgreSQL and MSQL.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools.\nITIL
