technical issues.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.\nWrite clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best engineering practices.\n\nRequirements: \nMandatory hands-on experience with Frappe Framework.\nStrong proficiency in Python.\nExperience building and scaling web-based products.\nExperience revamping or modernising existing applications.\nStrong understanding of backend development, APIs, databases, and system design.\nGood exposure to frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.\nExperience working with relational databases such as MariaDB/MySQL.\nFamiliarity with Git, REST APIs, and Agile development methodologies.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience in ERP or business application development using the Frappe ecosystem.\nExposure to cloud platforms and deployment practices.\nExperience in startup or product-based
