You will design scalable CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, improve observability, and drive best practices across the engineering organisation.\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:\nInfrastructure and Cloud Architecture:\nDesign, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure.\nOwn infrastructure architecture with high availability, security, and cost efficiency.\nDrive infrastructure standardisation and automation.\nCI/CD and Developer Productivity:\nBuild and maintain fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines.\nEnable safe deployments through automation, rollbacks, and environment isolation.\nReduce friction for developers through tooling and self-service workflows.\nReliability and Observability:\nImplement and evolve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.\nDefine SLOs/SLIs and improve system reliability.\nLead incident response, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements.\nAutomation and Infrastructure as Code:\nAutomate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code.\nEliminate manual operational tasks through scripting and tooling.\nMaintain versioned, reviewable, and auditable infrastructure changes.\nSecurity and Compliance:\nImplement security best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD.\nManage secrets, access control, and environment isolation.\nPartner with engineering and security teams on compliance requirements.\nCollaboration and Leadership:\nWork closely with backend and frontend teams to improve runtime and deployment reliability.\nMentor engineers on operational best practices.\nInfluence platform and reliability standards across teams.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.\nHands-on experience operating production systems at scale.\nCloud and Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).\nCI/CD and Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar). Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).\nObservability and Reliability: Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. Understanding of distributed systems, failure modes, and reliability trade-offs.\nInfrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools. Strong Git-based workflows for infrastructure changes.\nMindset and Communication: Strong ownership and bias for automation. Ability to debug complex production issues calmly and systematically.
