experience within the automotive/passenger vehicle industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering business results.\nWe are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Assistant General Manager (AGM)to provide strategic leadership across passenger vehicle sales, dealership operations, business development, and revenue growth.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nEnsure effective inventory planning, vehicle sales, and stock management.\nMonitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry developments.\nDrive continuous improvement across sales and dealership operations.\nPrepare and present management reports, performance analyses, and business reviews.\nIdentify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.\nSet, monitor, and achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.\nProvide strategic leadership for passenger vehicle operations.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, suppliers, and business partners.\nOversee budgets, forecasts, sales plans, and overall business performance.\nWork closely with after-sales, finance, service, and other departments to ensure seamless business operations.\nLead sales, marketing, and dealership operations.\nDevelop and implement business growth, sales, and market expansion strategies.\nManage, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and operational teams.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant industry requirements.\n\nRequirement\n\nRelevant professional management qualification is desirable.\nProven experience managing sales teams, business operations, and revenue targets.\nStrong commercial, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.\nMBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.\nStrong background in strategic planning and business development.\n8–12+ years of experience in the automotive/passenger vehicle industry\nExperience managing key corporate accounts, dealers, suppliers, and business partners.\nSignificant senior management experience in automobile sales or dealership operations.\nBachelor's Degree/HND in Business
