• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, heavy construction equipment, machinery, or a related industry, with proven experience in B2B business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell heavy construction equipment.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop prospective accounts.
• Assess customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and after-sales teams.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline with 5 – 8 years of experience in technical sales, heavy equipment sales, construction machinery, or a related industry.
• Professional engineering or sales certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of heavy construction equipment and their applications.
• Experience working with construction companies, contractors, project managers, and equipment users.
• Proven track record in business development and B2B sales.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel to customer and project sites.
