RIGHT NOW.\nDue to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\nAsset Management Apprentice\nPoznań, Poland\nYour responsibilities:\nAsset Evaluation:Support the valuation of John Deere equipment by researching and analysing equipment, market and portfolio information, including assessing the current and future value of assets.\nDaily Asset Management Support:Handle day-to-day Asset Management requests, including researching information and preparing equipment valuations for requests coming from different territories.\nEquipment Data Management:Maintain and update equipment and model data in Asset Management systems, including adding and completing information for newly introduced models and performing data quality checks.\nData & Reporting:Work with portfolio data and support analyses and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI.\nDocumentation & Process Improvement:Help build and maintain structured process documentation and working instructions, ensuring knowledge can be easily transferred and reused within the team.\nProject Support:Contribute to ongoing Asset Management projects through research, data collection and analysis, documentation and coordination.\nOur requirements:\nCurrently studying Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.\nStrong analytical mindset and an interest in finance, equipment valuation and working with data.\nComfortable working with data and digital tools; experience with Excel and familiarity with Power BI would be an advantage.\nGood written and spoken English.\nGerman language skills are an advantage, particularly for understanding emails and written business communication, but are not required.\nProactive and curious mindset, with the confidence to ask questions, suggest improvements and bring forward new ideas.\nWillingness to learn and gradually take ownership of recurring Asset Management activities.\nComfortable working independently as well as within an international team.\nWhat we offer:\nPaid internship in an international company.\nPossibility to combine the internship with classes at the university.\nHybrid work model.\nGaining experience in the Asset Management area.\nFree access to our e-learning platform - over 1000 courses.\nFriendly international working environment.\nPlease send an English version of your CV.\nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
