RIGHT NOW.\nDue to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\nFull Stack Software Engineer - IT Order Fullfilment\nPoznań, Poland\nYour responsibilities:\nBuild features across frontend and backend (React, Node.js or Python).\nHelp automate manual business processes, such as request handling and approvals, to make them faster and simpler for employees.\nLook for opportunities to reduce repetitive work, both in business processes and in the team's daily engineering work.\nWrite automated tests and documentation for your code.\nTake part in code reviews, refinement, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.\nWork closely with the Product Manager, Delivery Lead, UX, and the business operations team to understand needs and refine requirements.\nLearn the order fulfillment process (requests, approvals, tracking) and how our solutions support employees.\nSupport the team in fixing bugs and solving production issue.\nOur requirements:\nHands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React, and with Git/GitHub.\nKnowledge of Node.js or Python, REST APIs, and databases (SQL or NoSQL).\nKnowledge of AWS or a similar cloud platform (e.g. Azure, GCP).\nUnderstanding of secure coding basics, such as authentication, input validation, and protecting secrets and sensitive data.\nEagerness to continuously learn, expand your knowledge, and go beyond your own scope, as well as to adapt to new tools, technologies, and changing priorities.\nEnglish language proficiency at B2 level or higher, with good communication skills.\nNice to have:\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions).\nExperience with AI and agentic coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) to speed up your daily work.\nFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks.\nInterest in workflow automation, business process automation, or AI agents.\nWhat we offer:\nEmployment contract.\nStrong support for work-life balance, including flexible working hours (start time between 7:00 and 10:00 AM) and a hybrid work model at Business Garden in Poznań.\nOpportunities for professional development within the company, with strong support for internal career growth.\nEmployee referral program.\nAdditional vacation days based on length of employment.\nHoliday allowance when taking at least 2 weeks off.\nDaily use of a foreign language in a friendly international working environment.\nPrivate medical care, life insurance, sports card, meal allowance, language courses, a social fund budget, and various additional fun events in our office.\nFree access to our e-learning platform, featuring over 1,000 courses. \nPlease attach an English version of your CV.\nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
