As an Infrastructure Engineer I, you will join a global team responsible for supporting and enhancing critical technology services that enable our business operations worldwide.\nIn this role, you will gain hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies while working alongside experienced engineers who will help you grow your technical skills and professional capabilities.\nAs an Infrastructure Engineer for Arc les Gray factory, you will:\nMonitor, apply changes to, and/or manage current information technology infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance in an integrated environment\nSupport enterprise infrastructure solutions including client systems, networks, data centre technologies, and cloud-based services.\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents to minimize business impact and ensure reliable service delivery.\nParticipate in implementing infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and technology changes.\nDeliver infrastructure technology for business requirements\nAssist in testing, monitoring, and maintaining applications and IT services.\nContribute to documentation of current and future-state processes and technical solutions.\nSupport cybersecurity initiatives by implementing and maintaining security controls and best practices.\nCollaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to implement changes and improvements and to solve technical challenges.\nResearch emerging technologies and recommend opportunities for process improvements and innovation.\nProvide technical support and guidance to users while delivering a high level of customer service.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.\nWhat Skills You Need\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3 or more years of experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, systems administration, desktop, networking, or a related area.\nFoundational understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including:\nWindows and/or Linux environments\nNetworking fundamentals\nIT security principles\nEnterprise applications and services\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills\nAbility to communicate technical information clearly to different audiences.\nGood knowledge in scripting, automation, and software development.\nStrong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.\nAbility to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment\nExperience in incident, problem or change management\nAbility to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions\nExperience monitoring, changing, and/or managing IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance in an integrated environment\nExperience performing and applying information analysis to resolve infrastructure problems\nKnowledge of process improvement principles - these may include modifying existing operating systems, designs, or program code, or designing new processes\nWillingness to learn and develop new technical skills.\nWhat Makes You Stand Out\nSoftware engineering experiences\nExcellence in verbal and written communication in French and fluent in English\nExperience supporting enterprise infrastructure technologies\nAbility to develop productive working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders.\nThe information contained herein is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and qualifications required of individuals performing the job.
