operations to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives for the assigned production area.\nCommunicate plant and business objectives to the team, establish clear expectations, and drive execution through effective performance management and accountability.\nSupervise, coach, and develop hourly employees, fostering a high-performance culture focused on engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.\nPlan and assign workforce schedules, staffing, and resources to meet customer demand while optimizing labor efficiency and operational performance.\nMonitor production performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure the timely achievement of production targets.\nDrive adherence to quality standards,
