With operations across Australia and internationally, we continue to evolve how we support our customers and the forestry industry.\nTitle: Warehouse & Logistics Associate\nPrimary Location: Melton Victoria\nWage\nHiring Manager: Joel Vithayathil\nThe Opportunity\nWe are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Associateto join our Waratah Distribution Centre team in Melton.\nThis is a hands-on role where you’ll work across receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory, helping make sure goods are handled safely, accurately and delivered to our customers on time.\nYou’ll also work with freight providers and warehouse systems, with opportunities to build broader skills across logistics, Wholegoods and shipment coordination as the role develops.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nReceive, pick, pack and dispatch parts, Wholegoods and other materials.\n\nOperate warehouse equipment safely and follow site safety requirements.\n\nSupport stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and stock counts.\n\nComplete warehouse system transactions accurately.\n\nCoordinate with freight and logistics providers to support on-time delivery.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement and help maintain a safe, organised workplace.\n\nAbout You\nWe’re looking for someone who is reliable, safety focused and ready to learn.\nYou’ll ideally bring:\nPrevious warehouse, pick/pack or logistics experience.\n\nA current forklift licence and forklift experience.\n\nGood attention to detail and safe manual handling practices.\n\nComputer skills and confidence learning new systems.\n\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\n\nA proactive approach and the ability to work with minimal supervision.\n\nExperience working with freight providers, warehouse or inventory systems, machinery or Wholegoods would be an advantage.
