Be part of the team that’s up for the challenge of transforming lives for good.\nThe Project:\nSydney Metro West is a transformational 24 km underground railway connecting Sydney CBD to Parramatta, with stations at Westmead, Parramatta, Sydney Olympic Park, North Strathfield, Burwood North, Five Dock, The Bays, Pyrmont and Hunter Street.\nThe Linewide package connects the entire system, delivering the critical rail infrastructure and technology that bring the metro network to life.\nProject offices are located across several Sydney locations including the CBD, Clyde, Rosehill, The Bays and Burwood North.\nThe Role:\nOur Sydney Metro West Linewide Project is currently seeking a Document Controller to join the our Quality & Completions Team. This role will see you working as part of a team with other Document Controllers and reporting directly to the Document Manager.\nKey Responsibility\nCompiling of lot records, chase and close out missing information when required.\nOrganize and track the exchange of documents between all relevant parties, such as clients, subcontractors, and the project office.\nVerify that all document submissions are consistent with project branding and format requirements.\nManaging the distribution, collection, and processing of documents in line with project guidelines for the creation, evaluation, and approval of design documents and other necessary materials, instructions, certifications, and records.\nManaging of the storage and filing of project and company records.\nEnsure document submissions are in accordance and compliant with the project document formats and requirements.\nImplement workflows and collate, issue and receive documents in accordance with project requirements for the development, review and approval of design documentation and all other procedures, instructions, product certification and records that are subject to review and approval\nPlan and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including client, sub-contractors and the project office\nRecord issues and track location of control documents and drawings.\nEnsure current versions are maintained of all documents subject to revision and ensure current versions of documents are issued to required project parties..\nEnsure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality.\nPerform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems and procedures.\nAbout You:\nExperience in major project environment or equivalent industry.\nA relevant qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or other associated disciplines.\nMinimum 3 years’ or more experience in document control.\nKnowledge of project management systems and processes. \nExeprinece with records management and tracking. \nAdvanced computer skills.\nPrioritisation skills.\nAconex experience.\nAs Part Of The Team, You Can Help Transform Lives.\nYour success is reflected in ours, so we’re committed to being an employer of choice.\nWe pride ourselves on having a diverse and inclusive workplace, as we understand that different perspectives and ideas are critical to our long-term success.\nWe want you to be with us for the long term, so providing you with rich career experiences and ongoing development is our priority\nWe Offer:\nWe’re about connecting your sense of purpose to ours.
