This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement through skill progression. While no prior experience is required, previous experience in industrial settings such as manufacturing, warehouse operations, or construction is preferred and can be beneficial to success in this role. If you're ready to build a career in manufacturing and contribute to a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!\nYour Day to Day:\nMonitor production lines and ensure smooth operation during your shift.\n\nCommunicate effectively via radio with team members.\n\nPerform hands-on tasks such as cutting material, sampling products, moving materials, and operating a forklift.\n\nSupport housekeeping efforts including emptying trash carts and general clean-up.\n\nAssist with equipment start-ups and complete preventative maintenance tasks.\n\nBegin learning additional key roles as part of your skills progression (Levels 2-4).\n\nUnderstand and follow finished product specifications.\n\nTake on additional task as assigned by your supervisor.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n\nAbility to read a tape measure and understand work instructions and product specs.\n\nBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages).\n\nBeginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).\n\nStrong communication skills (written and verbal).\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPrevious experience in an industrial environment preferred.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nStand for extended periods.\n\nSafely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs., sometimes in awkward positions.\n\nPerform repetitive hand motions and manual tasks.\n\nWork safely in a fast-paced, dusty environment with varying temperatures.\n\nAdapt to a rotating 8- or 12-hour shift schedule.\n\nBend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead regularly.\n\nPlease Keep in Mind\nIf you do not meet 100% of these requirements, we at JM still want to hear from you.
