Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.\nThe Sustainability Analyst will play a central role in advancing our company’s sustainability strategy by managing our greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory, conducting product-level carbon footprints (PCFs), and performing life cycle assessments (LCAs). This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data analytics, environmental science, and operational problem-solving. You’ll work in a collaborative environment and partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, research & development, and procurement to quantify impacts, identify reduction opportunities, and support our 2030 sustainability commitments. Position reports to the Sustainability Technology Leader\nThis position may be based out of our Technical Center in Littleton, CO or our World Headquarters in downtown Denver, with a flexible hybrid work schedule.\nYour Day to Day:\nMaintain and continuously improve the company’s annual GHG emissions inventory across scopes 1, 2, and 3. \nCollect, validate, and analyze data from manufacturing operations, energy use, logistics, and supply chain partners \nConduct cradle-to-gate and full life cycle assessments using LCA software and databases (e.g., SimaPro, GaBi) and help produce Environmental Product Declarations. \nTranslate environmental data into clear insights through dashboarding and prepare recommendations for internal stakeholders \nSupport sustainability reporting including CDP, EcoVadis, customer requests, and regulatory requirements \nMonitor emerging sustainability standards, methodologies, and regulatory trends relevant to manufacturing and product environmental impact \nContribute to cross-functional projects related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, sustainable product design, and circularity. \nWhat You Bring to the Team:\nBachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field. \nExperience with GHG accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064) \nHands-on experience conducting LCAs or product carbon footprints \nStrong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools (Excel and/or PowerBI is a plus) \nFamiliarity with LCA software and environmental databases \nAbility to interpret technical data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences \nDetail-oriented mindset with a commitment to methodological rigor \nExperience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations is a plus \n20% Travel as needed across JM sites and regions \nWhat Success Looks Like\nAccurate, audit-ready emissions inventories delivered on schedule \nClear, actionable insights that help teams reduce environmental impact \nHigh-quality product carbon footprint models that support customer needs and product development \nStrong cross-functional relationships that accelerate sustainability initiatives \n#LI-KL1 #LI-ONSITE #P #D\nPlease Keep in Mind\nIf you do not meet 100% of these requirements, we at JM still want to hear from you.
