Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the beverage industry!Job Description:\nUNIFIED COLLABORATION ENGINEER\nWhat You'll Contribute We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Unified Communications & Collaborations (UCC) Engineer responsible for owning and evolving end user collaboration technologies. This role provides leadership and support with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, audio/video conferencing, and print solutions. Develops automation and lifecycle management ensuring a secure, consistent, and modern unified collaboration experience across all regions. The position adheres to architectural direction, establishes standards, and drives continuous improvement to maintain a highly reliable and intuitive, end user unified communications and collaboration experience.\nCandidate Profile Required Education and Experience\n4+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting unified communications environments using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.\nAutomation skills using PowerShell, Graph API, and scripting for deployment, configuration, and remediation.\nExperience with audio/visual conferencing, conditional access, device compliance, and endpoint security platforms.\nStrong planning, documentation, and diagramming skills.\nA continuous-improvement mindset centered on building stable, scalable, supportable solutions.\nPreferred\nDemonstrated experience engineering and supporting collaboration platforms and related capabilities into a large, geographically distributed environment.\nCore Work Activities\nOwn the configuration, and lifecycle management of audio/video conference rooms.\nDocument troubleshooting workflows for end users.\nBuild and automate deployment, configuration, and compliance workflows.\nOwn and manage printers and management solutions like Papercut.\nEstablish standards, baselines, and support documentation to achieve operational excellence.\nProvide escalation support with a focus on deep root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nPartner cross-functionally with support, security, and business teams to deliver intuitive and supportable collaboration solutions.\nManage SharePoint document libraries and other knowledge bases.\nUsing feedback pipelines to develop long-term solutions addressing reoccurring issues.\nAnticipate needs and change related to projects and business strategy.\nLead monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of A/V conferencing systems with a focus on reliability.\nDelivering Technology\nA collaborative partner who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.\nA natural mentor who elevates others through guidance and knowledge sharing.\nAn advocate for great user experience-balancing security, reliability, and simplicity.\nWork with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions to simplify, automate and eliminate technical debt.\nIT Governance\nDevelop and provide operational insights such as compliance, security status, and configuration management.\nDevelop and maintain detailed standards, process, and control documentation.\nThe expected pay range for this role is $ 66,849.68- $ 90,104.36. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
