This is a unique opportunity to join our custodial and blue light sector which is an established team within the company developing and managing our business with UK Prisons, Police Forces and Emergency Services customers. You will deliver outstanding customer service to your nominated accounts through structured account review processes and a truly customer-centric approach, understanding customers’ KPIs and how the company can support the achievement of these objectives. You will work closely with the design and bid teams to deliver detailed bids and quotations that meet customer requirements.\nWhat we look for\nTo be successful as an Account Manager, you will be able to confidently demonstrate your ability to maintain and develop customer relationships through a structured and strategic approach. You will understand and have experience of working within the Custodial and Blue Light markets, including Police customers, with a strong understanding of Prison and Police requirements.
