What will you do?

• You will be responsible for Sales and funnel development, building capabilities & practice for RFID Solutions in order to achieve inorganic growth strategy & new business in India Retail market as Key Account Manager.
• Position Sensormatic as the solution leader for RFID & IOT projects in Retail Industry.
• You will be techno-commercial person with domain knowledge of the RFID in retail.
• Candidate shall be required to engage with CXO and relevant authorities for understanding the requirement, position Sensormatic as System Integration & solution partner of choice.
• Candidate must have sound reference with RFID consultants and solution companies
• Responsible for developing and articulating in large integrated projects.
• Work seamlessly with peers and support functions to technically analyze the requirements in RFPs / Tenders ,Design , make proposals, Negotiate to win orders
• Provide Solution architecture for the projects
• Understanding Retail processes is must.
• Excellent people handing and communication abilities.
• Identify and work with ecosystem of solution partners and stitch complete solutions to meet customers need
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders for approvals, solutions, etc.
• Guide delivery team to build skills and transfer knowledge and handhold them to deliver projects successfully.

How you will do it?

You shall do Maintain & Grow existing Key account wallet share ,Business development, execute growth plan, capability building and enablement of sales team by effective and efficient demonstration of the following:

• Strong knowledge of RFID &IOT solutions required for Retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of business KPI, operations, maintenance, safety and security of RFID and Retail industry.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Existing experience & Connect with Retailers, Architect, Consultants and Project management companies.

What we look for?

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.

• 8-10 years of experience in sales or solution architect or business development in managing large & complex RFID & IOT opportunities
• Strong presentation, communication, and influencing abilities.

• Strong business acumen with focus on revenue growth, margin management, and market expansion.
• Highly self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of operating in a competitive market environment.
