Ihre Aufgaben

  • Die Klärung und Übernahme der Projekte und die Koordination aller notwendigen Tätigkeiten mit dem Kunden und den involvierten Fachabteilungen

  • Sie übernehmen die technische Klärung des Projektes (baulich, technisch und verfahrenstechnische Forderung des Kunden) unter Anwendung der erforderlichen Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien

  • Die kaufmännische Projektabwicklung: Aufmaßerstellung, Abstimmungen mit dem Kunden, Erstellung von Zwischen-, Abschlags- und Endrechnungen sowie die Erstellung des Montageablaufplans und des Personaleinsatzes gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben

  • Sie führen Werksabnahmen sowie Abnahmen bei Zulieferern durch und überwachen unsere Subunternehmer (fachlich, kaufmännisch und terminlich) inkl. Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen

  • Die Übergabe an den Kunden sowie an den Service leiten Sie ein und übernehmen die Einweisung des Kunden, die Abnahme und Abarbeitung von Restpunkten

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Sie haben den staatlich geprüften Techniker der Automatisierungstechnik oder Fach-/Hochschulstudium zum Ingenieur der Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss erlangt und bringen idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung idealerweise im Bereich der Gebäudeautomation, Energie-, Gebäude- oder Solartechnik mit

  • Ihre zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit zeichnet Sie aus

  • Ebenso bringen Sie gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungsprogrammen mit
