Programming DDC & supervisory controllers, replicate each part of sequence into control logic for controller. Understand Graphics requirement, design graphics templates, symbol libraries as per regional requirements. Independent execution of task throughout the project lifecycle, handle first level escalation. Follow processes, maintain required quality standards, on time deliveries, & ensure customer satisfaction.\nHow you will do it\nReview MEP drawings and identify HAVC equipment, dampers and sensors\n\nReview control specifications and sequence of operations\n\nGeneration of initial review sheets and RFI’s\n\nCreation of Bill of material, selection of sensors, control valves, dampers, air flow stations, controllers etc.\n\nSelect control devices and prepare controller wiring, terminations, interlock wiring accordingly\n\nPreparation of I/O Summary\n\nPreparation of BMS network architecture\n\nFrom provided sequence should understand control logic required to program controller.\n\nShould be good at programming controllers & interlocks required.\n\nShould able to prepare test plan, perform simulation, & troubleshoot errors.\n\nShould able to handle programming at supervisory level and deliver projects to customers.\n\nReview control specifications and sequence of operations for graphics requirement\n\nGeneration of initial review sheets and RFI’s\n\nDesign graphics templates, symbol libraries as per regional requirements\n\nEnsure quality assurance and defect free hardware, software & Graphics delivery\n\nAdherence with all processes and guidelines necessary to execute project within timeline\n\nNiagara Analytics: -\nDesign and deploy algorithms with Niagara Analytics.\n\nCan mitigate issues at both the local and enterprise levels.\n\nFault detection and diagnostics (FDD) algorithms on equipment and subsystems.\n\nBuilding blocks for custom algorithms and integrate with third-party visualization packages.\n\nJACE controller and server level programming knowledge.\n\nFamiliar Niagara Framework wiresheet programming.\n\nData visualization (Creating a new PX view, creating a new UX chart, Exporting a PX chart, Analytic Web Table)\n\nGraphics bindings (Analytic web chart binding, Analytic rollup binding, Analytic table binding, Analytic value binding, Analytic web rollup binding)\n\nMissing data strategies (Linear interpolation, K-nearest neighbor, Aggregation strategies, Missing data configuration, Missing data indication).\n\nKnowledge of Niagara tag libraries including Haystack tags\n\nCreating HTML5 analytic dashboards and graphic pages.\n\nEnergy reports (Aggregation report, Average Profile report, Equipment Operation report, Load Duration report, Ranking report, Relative Contribution report, Spectrum Summary report)\n\nCharts (Aggregation chart, Analytic WebChart, Average Profile chart, Equipment Operation chart, Load duration chart, Ranking chart, Relative contribution chart, Spectrum chart)\n\nNiagara Analytics order knowledge.\n\nWhat we look for\nBE/ME (Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics / Electronics & Communication)\n\nStrong knowledge of BMS architecture, Supervisory Controllers, DDC controllers, Sensors & Actuators etc.\n\nStrong knowledge of Niagara architecture, Platform, & controllers.\n\nExperience in software programming and commissioning of Niagara controllers.\n\nStrong knowledge of Niagara Analytics\n\nExperience in Industrial Automation field (PLC programming/SCADA) will be an added advantage.\n\nKnowledge of HVAC systems like Chilled Water System, Cooling Towers, Primary & Secondary pumping systems, Hot Water System, types of AHUs, FCUs, VAV systems etc.\n\nKnowledge of different types of network protocols like BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, and other protocols.\n\nMust be proficient in wiring of starters, field devices, safety interlocks & panels\n\nBasic knowledge of AutoCAD\n\nExperience in the field of Industrial Automation (SCADA/HMI screens development) will be added an advantage\n\nExperience in remote engineering, installation and commissioning of HVAC & BMS systems.\n\nShould have worked for BMS projects like pharmaceuticals, airports, commercial buildings, hospitals etc.\n\nMust be a quick learner & brilliant problem solving capabilities\n\nProficient in written and verbal communication\n\nPreferred\nExperience in Building Automation System or BMS Design Engineering.\nJohnson Controls is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
