In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring application stability, resolving technical issues, maintaining platform health, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.\nAs a member of the Customer Portal Agile Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence while helping drive continuous improvements across our digital solutions.\nHow You Will Do It\nApplication Support & Incident Management\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues reported through ServiceNow, email, and collaboration tools.\nInvestigate incidents, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions.\nCommunicate issue status and resolution updates to stakeholders.\nEnsure application availability and operational performance objectives are consistently met.\nApplication Operations\nMaintain the health, stability, and performance of web and mobile applications.\nExecute database queries and perform application updates as needed.\nMonitor production environments and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.\nSupport application releases and ongoing maintenance activities.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with software engineers, cloud engineers, database administrators, network teams, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues.\nWork closely with Agile development teams to identify recurring issues and drive long-term solutions.\nProvide operational insights that support product improvements and enhance the customer experience.\nDevOps & Continuous Improvement\nSupport and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and deployment processes.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve automation, monitoring, and support processes.\nLeverage operational metrics and support trends to recommend enhancements across applications and services.\nReporting & Analytics\nDevelop and maintain reporting related to support tickets and application performance.\nAnalyze support trends and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.\nProvide operational metrics and insights to leadership and development teams.\nWhat We Look For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n5+ years of experience supporting web and mobile applications in a production environment.\nStrong experience troubleshooting enterprise application issues.\nExperience working within Agile development environments.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nTechnical Expertise\nApplication Development & Support\nReactJS\nSpring Boot\nREST and SOAP Services\nWeb and Mobile Application Support\nDatabase Technologies\nRelational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)\nSQL\nCloud & DevOps\nMicrosoft Azure\nAzure App Services\nAzure DevOps Pipelines\nRedis Cache\nCloud-Based Development Tools\nTools & Platforms\nJira\nAzure DevOps\nServiceNow or similar ticket management platforms\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with JavaServer Pages (JSP) and JavaServer Faces (JSF).\nExperience supporting customer-facing digital applications.\nExperience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments.\nKnowledge of monitoring, performance tuning, and observability tools.\nHIRING SALARY RANGE: $86,000-105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
