Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.\nWhat You’ll Do\nFully competent to perform all positions on a minimum of two or more production lines in the facility\nPosition will also be able to complete a wide variety duty such as: Spot welding, fork lift operation, material location, painting, foam, brazing, Machine Operator 1, operating an assortment of hand tools including but not limited to screwdrivers, drills, pliers, banders, etc.\nPosition will assist in the training and orienting of new employees\nMust be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to responsibilities\nDetects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor\nMaintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations\nBe flexible with overtime and shift changes including Saturday hours as needed\nOther duties as required\nWhat You Bring\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship (or equivalent years of education and 2 years of work experience)\nExperience in a manufacturing or industrial setting\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions\nAbility to read and interpret documents including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\nHold a Forklift Certification, or obtain a certification within a two time allowance of testing all within the first month of starting position\nPreferred:\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nTraining and/or supervisory experience\nWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
