Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.\nRole Overview\nThe Asset Control Mgr is responsible for overseeing asset and inventory control activities, supporting production and project teams with timely material availability, and maintaining accurate records across receiving, storage, counts, shipping, and disposition. This role combines hands-on warehouse oversight with cross-functional coordination and continuous process improvement.\nWhat will you do?\nLead asset, inventory, and material control processes to support operations and delivery performance.\nManage daily material support, expediting, prioritization, and supply issue resolution.\nOversee receiving, warehousing, shipping, and outside processing inventory movement.\nMaintain accurate inventory records, cycle counts, and physical inventories.\nMonitor on-hand stock, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.\nCoordinate with Supply Planning on capacity requirements planning and scheduling accuracy.\nPartner with Procurement on material cost reduction and supplier planning.\nSupport excess and obsolete inventory disposition.\nCollaborate with operations, project teams, engineers, and field teams to ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.\nUse warehouse and inventory systems to track transactions, maintain documentation, and support reporting.\nHow will you do it?\nOwn inventory accuracy and asset control with accountability, safety, and integrity.\nStay close to the workby understanding daily warehouse, receiving, and production needs and removing obstacles quickly.\nUse structured problem-solving and continuous improvementto reduce discrepancies, improve flow, and strengthen planning accuracy.\nWork as one teamwith Procurement, Supply Planning, Supplier Quality, Operations, and warehouse colleagues to keep materials moving.\nCommunicate clearly and act quicklywhen shortages, delays, or quality issues could affect service or production.\nWhat are we looking for?\nExperience in materials operations, supply chain, warehouse management, inventory control, or a related manufacturing environment.\nProven ability to manage delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and material flow in support of operations or production.\nExperience coordinating scheduling, expediting materials, and resolving supply disruptions.\nStrong knowledge of cycle counts, physical inventories, receiving, warehousing, and shipping processes.\nExperience partnering with Procurement, Supply Planning, Supplier Quality, and operations teams.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage records, transaction detail, and inventory documentation accurately.\nExperience using warehouse management systems, inventory management systems, or ERP tools.\nNice to Have\nExperience with excess and obsolete inventory management.\nBackground in outside processing inventory movement.\nExperience supporting project-based, field, or manufacturing operations.\nExposure to warehouse process improvement or physical
