solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nPower Platform Development\nAssist in developing and maintaining applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).\n\nSupport the creation and enhancement of Power Automate Cloud Flows to automate business processes.\n\nWork with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources to build business solutions.\n\nAssist in developing Power BI reports and dashboards for business users.\n\nPerform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications and workflows.\n\nAI & Copilot Enablement\nSupport the implementation of AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio and AI Builder.\n\nAssist in creating, testing, and refining prompts for Generative AI applications.\n\nContributeto the development of conversational AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.\n\nStay current with Microsoft AI and Copilot capabilities and identify opportunities for adoption.\n\nIntegration & Automation\nAssist with integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs and custom connectors.\n\nSupport connectivity with enterprise applications such as Jira, Remedy, AWS services, and SharePoint.\n\nParticipate in automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.\n\nApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM)\nFollow established ALM and source control practices using Azure Git and GitHub.\n\nSupport solution deployments, version control, and environment migrations.\n\nAssist in maintaining documentation and development standards.\n\nCollaboration & Learning\nCollaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and development reviews.\n\nLearn and apply best practices in Power Platform, AI development, and enterprise automation.\n\nSeek guidance from senior team members and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n1-2years of experience in Power Platform development or low-code application development.\n\nBasic knowledge of:\n\nPower Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps)\n\nPower Automate Cloud Flows\n\nMicrosoft Dataverse\n\nSharePoint\n\nPower BI\n\nUnderstanding of APIs, data integration, and automation concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL and relational databases.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, or PL-400).\n\nExposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Generative AI technologies.\n\nBasic knowledge of Prompt Engineering concepts.\n\nExperience with GitHub or Azure DevOps
