In this role, you will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to analyze issues, support production operations, validate process changes, and help ensure reliable ERP performance across the Baan landscape.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide functional support for Baan IV, ERP LN FP3, and LN 10.4 ERP applications.\nAnalyze user incidents, identify functional gaps, and support timely resolution with the right teams.\nWork with business users to clarify process issues, reproduce problems, and confirm expected outcomes.\nSupport production issues, change activities, and functional testing for ERP process updates.\nCoordinate with technical teams on fixes, enhancements, and interface-related issues.\nValidate data and process integrity across ERP transactions and support root-cause analysis for recurring issues.\nDocument resolutions, process notes, and functional changes clearly for continuity and knowledge sharing.\nHow You Will Do It\nTake ownership of issues end to end, keeping user impact, accountability, safety, and integrity in focus until the process is restored or the right workaround is in place.\nStay close to the business process and the people using itso you can understand the real problem, not just the symptom.\nUse structured analysis and candid root-cause discussionto prevent repeat issues and improve support quality over time.\nWork as one team with functional, technical, and business partnersto move changes forward smoothly and remove obstacles quickly.\nDocument clearly and follow through on commitmentsso fixes, decisions, and process changes are easy to trace and support.\nQualifications\n4 to 7 years of experience in Baan functional support, ERP consulting, or application support.\nHands-on experience with Baan IV, ERP LN FP3, and LN 10.4 ERP environments.\nStrong understanding of ERP business processes and functional issue handling in a production support setting.\nExperience working with business users to analyze issues, validate solutions, and support testing or process changes.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with technical teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.\nStrong documentation skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.\nNice to Have\nExposure to Baan development, customization, or integration support.\nWorking knowledge of Baan technical architecture, SQL, or data extraction activities.\nExperience supporting third-party interfaces or Baan EDI-related activities.\nWhy Join Us\nAt Johnson Controls, you will be part of a collaborative environment where practical problem-solving, reliability, and teamwork matter.
