This role is ideal for a highly organised bid professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and enjoys bringing structure, governance and discipline to major pursuit.\nAs the Bid Management Lead, you will own the end-to-end bid coordination process from tender receipt through to submission, ensuring all customer requirements, technical inputs, commercial documentation and internal approvals are completed accurately and on time. While you will not be responsible for the commercial strategy or technical solution, you will play a critical role in orchestrating successful tender responses by partnering with sales, operations, engineering, legal, finance, procurement, risk and executive stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate complex tender and bid submissions across the Pacific region.\nDevelop bid plans, timelines, action trackers and responsibility matrices.\nManage tender compliance requirements, returnable schedules and submission governance.\nFacilitate bid kick-off meetings, progress reviews and executive approval reviews.\nCoordinate contributions from cross-functional SMEs and stakeholders.\nEnsure submissions are compliant, professionally presented and delivered on time.\nDrive bid governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport sales process optimisation, bid/no-bid decision-making and tender readiness activities.\nProvide regular reporting on bid status, risks, milestones and resource requirements.\nSupport customer clarification responses and smooth handover of awarded projects to delivery teams.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years' experience in bid coordination, tender management, proposal management, project coordination or commercial administration.\nExperience working within the built environment, engineering, construction, infrastructure, building technologies, healthcare, government, data centres or related industries.\nStrong understanding of tender documentation, compliance requirements and approval processes.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders within a matrix organisation.\nExcellent project management, communication and document management skills.\nAdvanced capability in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and document management systems.\nExperience with CRM, bid management or proposal automation tools is advantageous.\nA proactive, accountable and detail-oriented approach with the ability to influence without direct authority\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in winning strategic projects across infrastructure, commercial buildings, healthcare, government, industrial and mission-critical environments.
