You will develop and maintain BIM models, project documentation, and design deliverables to meet customer and project requirements. Working closely with sales teams, project stakeholders, and customers, you will help customise solutions, improve design processes, and support the effective use of BIM tools and standards across projects. You will also play a key role in developing training materials and promoting best practice adoption to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative and technically skilled professional to contribute to innovative projects while driving digital excellence across the business.\nHow You Will Do It\nDevelop and coordinate project designs using AutoCAD and BIM software.\nCreate and maintain BIM models, drawings, and technical documentation.\nSupport the development of project-specific applications and digital deliverables.\nCollaborate with sales teams and customers to understand project requirements and design expectations.\nEnsure designs and BIM deliverables meet customer specifications and business standards.\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.\nProvide guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools and best practices.\nCoordinate design information across stakeholders to improve project delivery.\nMaintain accurate project records and document control procedures.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, BIM, Digital Construction, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of 3 years' experience in system design, BIM coordination, or a related technical role.\nAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and digital design tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience producing and coordinating technical drawings and project documentation.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively across multiple projects and teams.\nPreferred:\nExperience delivering BIM training or supporting user adoption initiatives.\nKnowledge of BIM standards and best practices.\nFamiliarity with Autodesk Forma and other Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions.\nExperience within the fire protection, construction, or building services industry.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nCareer development and training opportunities\nAccess to industry-leading technologies and tools\nCollaborative and supportive team environment\nOpportunities to work on a diverse range of projects\nEmployee assistance and wellbeing programmes\nPension scheme\nHoliday entitlement in line with company policy\nAbout Us\nJohnson Controls is a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable building solutions.
