you will do:\nWork closely with our Project Management and Construction teams to utilize BIM modeling to create drawings that are of the highest level of detail and accuracy.\nHow you will do it:\nManage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and models\nProvide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support, attend coordination meeting\nLiaising with engineers to gather system requirements and designs\nFollowing specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.\nPreparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD & Revit systems.\nPreparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the project team.\nEnsuring final designs are compliant with regulations.\nAbility to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet the requirements\nTroubleshoot any BIM related issues\nManage BIM project benchmarks to meet project deadlines\nContribute to the documentation, dissemination and monitoring of standards, best practices, and industry advancements\nWhat we look for:\nDegree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent\nCandidates with Knowledge of in a related industry (Security, BMS, ELV etc.) are preferred\nAdvanced skills in MS Office and Autodesk software such as AutoCAD,Revit etc\nMust demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.\nGood written in English and Bahasa and verbal communication skills with both internal and external.\nGood interpersonal and communication with both internal and external.Strong team player and ability to multi-task\nWilling to travel
