This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex BMS and building automation projects across the data centre industry.\nManage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.\nTake full ownership of project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, margin management, and reporting.\nEnsure compliance with all health & safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.\nCoordinate with design consultants, main contractors, and end clients throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage procurement activities, resource planning, logistics, and project delivery across multiple sites.\nProvide clear and consistent project updates to customers and internal leadership teams.\nBuild strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for future business growth.\nWhat We Look For\nRequired\nMinimum of 5 years' project management experience within the construction, building services, BMS, or automation industry.\nProven experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary construction or MEP projects.\nStrong understanding of construction contracts, project controls, and health & safety legislation.\nDemonstrated financial management experience, including project P&L responsibility, forecasting, and cost control.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nWillingness to travel to project sites across Dublin and the wider Dublin region as required.\nPreferred\nExperience managing BMS or Building Automation projects, with knowledge of one or more of the following platforms:\nJohnson Controls Metasys\nEasyIO\nTridium Niagara\nTrend\nSiemens\nSchneider Electric\n\nPrevious experience delivering large-scale projects valued between €2M and €4M.\n\nExperience working within mission-critical environments such as data centres, healthcare, pharmaceutical, government, or other regulated sectors.\n\nProficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.\n\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.\n\nDegree, diploma, or professional qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.\n\nWhat We Offer\nAt Johnson Controls, we invest
