He/She will be responsible for the business growth and relationship building with key stakeholders for the areas covered, work alongside the Sales Team and other team members in order to get our products accepted and specified into projects.\nHow you will do it:\nDrive overall Business Development activities for Rest of Asia (ROA) markets, aligning to corporate strategic growth direction.\nEstablishing relationships with key influencers, identifying new opportunities, introducing new products, and conducting regular reviews.\nSpearheading basis of design (BOD) and spec-in work. \nIdentifying target key stakeholders within your region from which you will develop a spec-in plan with those stakeholders to drive our products in the market. \nIdentify, and target key stakeholders and work closely with regional sales teams and distributors to drive spec-in work in Rest of Asia (ROA). \nDevelop short and mid-term business strategy for the assigned regions. \nDrive new business to hit sales targets throughout the year. \nProvide product expertise through trainings and presentations, highlighting our value proposition with key contractors, consultants, owners, and distributors. \nYou will work closely with the ROA Sales Teams to build the core strategy for the focus market as well as with the wider regional teams across sales, marketing, and technical support. \nStrong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills. \nWilling to travel 50% of the time. \nWhat we look for:\nAt least 5 years of professional sales/products experience in Fire dectection, Fire alarm system\nStrong regional channel sales experience is highly preferred. \nBachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical. \nProven track record in achieving sales targets and ability to prospect, develop and close strategic relationships to achieve sales. \nGood technical knowledge of Fire alarm systems.\nFamiliarity with Simplex, Zettler, FireClass range of Fire products is an added advantage.\nSkilled at business planning process with distributors and identifying new markets. \nSkilled in pipeline management and development. \nSelf-starter, proactive
